International Shipping
Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at present.
Click & CollectWe are working on a Click and Collect service and will update the website as soon as this is available.
Standard ReturnsIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We do offer an exchange or refund. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Faulty ReturnsIn the unlikely event that you receive your items in a faulty condition or not what you originally ordered, then please email The Cushion Studio quoting your name, address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
