Standard Returns

As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we enforce a 14 day period after purchase in which an item can be returned for any reason unless the item was sealed on delivery but has now been opened.

Faulty Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, please note the return shipping must be sent to the above address and provided by the customer.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@cushionstudio.co.uk.

Please allow for up to 3 working days for us to ship your order. The longer wait time is due to the nature in which your product is created and produced.

Once shipped you will receive confirmation through the email provided at checkout as to the status of your order.

Shipping will take between 2-5 working days.

Quantities

Please note our cushions come in single quantities not pairs.

Handmade

Please note, cushions are a bespoke item. Bespoke means that the product has been made specifically based on the fabric choice and has been produced for your order only.
